Companies should also produce visual innovations for being protected from the bad influences of the competition and, most importantly, for being advantageous in competition, and they must take these innovations under protection with design registrations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>How can I make a design registration?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The product photographs or product illustrations are sufficient for registration application in drafts such as rendered solid models.<\/p>\n<p>The protection provided by industrial design registration covers 25 years provided that the application is renewed once in every 5 years from the date of application. Industrial designs only provide protection for the countries where they are registered.
